I work with computers everyday and have suffered from migraines for years, since visiting back to health my migraines are no longer a problem. Not only have my migraines gone but I have now been educated about the effects of using a laptop everyday and why that can cause headaches and migraines.'

I have been attending Dr. Niall Tilley's Back 2 Health Clinic for over two years now. Prior to my first visit, I was taking up to six strong pain killers a day for the pain in my back. I had been down the conventional route of doctors, physios etc. for years but none of these had ever got to the root of the problem.

For the first two weeks of my treatment I attended the clinic twice a week, then once a week for a month or so. I then began to attend once a month for a year and I'm currently attending once every two months and I don't require any pain killers whatsoever.

I have recommended Niall to others and they have also been very pleased with the results.

'I am a 46 year old woman who has been doing sport all my life. In Feb/Mar 2009 my elbow and shoulder on my right arm was uncomfortably sore. I went to a medical doctor who diagnosed a tennis elbow and gave me a cortisone injection. The elbow was immediately better, but I knew we hadn't really found the source of the problem.  I noticed that I was using my right hand less. By April it was very sore again and I went back to my GP. I got another cortisone injection and a referal to a physiotherapist. I went twice a week for 6 weeks to the physio and I stopped all my sport. I had the full range of treatments, but no real improvement. Eventually, in June/July,

I've been suffering with migraine & headaches for over 10 years and during this time I've tried everything - different tablets, acupuncture, Chinese tea, diets & food intolerance tests. My sister suggested trying a chiropractor.  I've been attending the Back to Health Chiropractor for a few months now and have noticed an improvement.  My headaches have greatly reduced and I have recently gone a month migraine free.  Finally, I found someone who is treating the root of my problem and not just controlling the pain!
I am quite happy with the level of care that I have received from Back to Health and I find the staff very friendly in my dealings with them.

I was in a car accident in 1993, I suffered whiplash for about a year. Between 1995-1996 it came back. I had severe pain on the right hand side of my neck and  suffered from pins and needles in my right arm. These pins and needles where so severe that i couldn't lift my arm and i didn't have any feeling in my thumb or little finger. I went to a doctor for treatment and the doctor sent me to a physio which didnt help at all. After about 18 months it went.

In 2002 i was at a Funfair and i got a jolt and it brought it all back. Again i went to the doctors and physio and it didn't help nor did taking any pain killers.

My pain started when I woke one morning with a crick in my neck which I then had for approx two days.

The pain then seemed to work its way into my forearm which I then had constantly for the past nearly 5 months now & I decided to go to my GP to have it checked out & she suggested I have a Nerve Conduction Study test done.

My GP said she would organise this which she did but a couple of weeks later I had a letter from Tallaght Hospital saying I was out of the catchment area to have the test done @ this Hospital and advised me to contact my GP to refer me to St.James’s Hospital.
